This immersive, all-inclusive Doula + Prenatal Yoga Training is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in learning through a retreat setting in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. This course encompasses traditional doula training curriculum as well as advanced knowledge into biomechanics and birth preparation for already practicing doulas. In addition, dive into prenatal yoga sequencing, anatomy and physiology. Regardless of your level of training, this retreat offers knowledge for every woman to connect and share.
