You fill more and more pages with your musings. At least one of these paragraphs is destined to become a longer piece.
Over and over again you are hit with clarity.
Seeing the links between moments of your life. Seeing the spirals that return.

COURSE FORMAT
We meet at 10-12pm CST/11am EST/ 4pm BST on the following dates: June 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, July 6
During this call we will:
discuss a theme as a group
work with guided meditative practices to access a mindful state of inspiration and enquiry
explore sample pieces of writing to explore style and content
dive into personal creative writing based on prompts that are tailored to the theme and the moment
prompts include various writing styles such as intuitive/flow writing, life writing/memoir, poetry and narration
opportunities to share and receive feedback
For each call you will receive a summary worksheet, including suggestions for optional mindfulness practices and writing prompts during the week.
Minimum course commitment is 2 hours each Sunday.
We also recommend setting aside 30-90 additional minutes each week for reflection upon the weekly content, although this is completely optional - absence of time between calls will not affect the integrity of the course.
